Dry food. Terrible service. Slow. Confused. Manager then was consulted about our experience and asked us not to be disrespectful. Our only “disrespect” was asking her if she would feed visibly (and quite obviously) stale, discolored apples to her children (we had a 7 year old with us). No, no we would not. Buyers beware. Quality and service are an afterthought here. I’ve been to Cracker Barrel’s in over 10 states. This is THE worst.

My grandmother & I came to eat here from Greenwood. It’s been a while since we’ve been, but it was well worth the drive there. Our food was good, but that wasn’t the best part. It was our waitress, Ms. Shirley. She was absolutely amazing! My drink was never low, she was patient while we decided what we wanted to ordered, she double checked that she had our order right. She even made sure my ice in my drink wasn’t low. She had a great personality with a huge smile on her face the whole time! I was literally in awe of how amazing she was. I began writing this review while still sitting in the restaurant, she was THAT great. I will be calling the home office & letting them know also, but I wanted to let everyone know! I believe she was there for extra help from out of town & will be leaving soon, so you all may not get to have her as your waitress, but if you do, you’ll for sure know it! SHIRLEY J, YOU’RE AWESOME!

There food is really cheap and I love eat. 2 people can eat for a little under $30 even for fish. Great service, good games!

Interesting decor, great atmosphere. Extensive menu, attentive but not intrusive service. Lemon flavored cookies they have for sale are delicious.
